This medicine is used to relieve various types of pain such as headaches, toothaches, and joint pain. It also helps reduce pain in various areas including sore throat, ear pain, muscle pain, and neuralgia. It is effective for pain after tooth extraction or pain from trauma, as well as helping with menstrual pain relief. It is used as an antipyretic to improve symptoms when there are chills or fever. Thus, this medicine is effective in alleviating various types of pain and febrile symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 15 years and older and adults: take up to twice a day and avoid taking on an empty stomach. The dosing interval should be at least 6 hours.

Precautions

This medicine may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so it should be discussed with a physician or pharmacist. While taking this medicine, serious skin reactions such as severe rashes or blisters may rarely occur; if any abnormal skin symptoms arise, it is essential to stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. This medicine contains acetaminophen, and exceeding the maximum dose of 4,000mg per day can cause liver damage; therefore, it should not be taken simultaneously with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals allergic to this medication or its components, those with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months of age, or individuals with certain genetic lactose-related conditions should not take this medicine. Avoid taking this medicine together with other analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives.
