This medication is effective in the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia. It also helps supply Vitamin C and B6 when there is physical fatigue, or during pregnancy and lactation, as well as during and after illness when there is a reduction in physical strength. It is also used to alleviate inflammation symptoms in the mouth and tongue, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, and symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. Overall, it helps improve anemia and physical strength reduction and maintain skin and mucosal health.

How to take

Adult dose

1 capsule once a day after meals

Child dose

Children over 8 years old: 1 capsule once a day after meals

Precautions

This medication contains iron components, and if accidentally taken in excess by children under 6 years old, it can cause serious poisoning and death, so it should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children. Those with hypersensitivity to this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with abnormal iron metabolism disorders, and those allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should not take it. It is important not to take this medication simultaneously with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa during the treatment. Infants under 1 year old, pregnant or lactating women, and individuals with heart or kidney diseases, digestive diseases, diabetes, gout, etc., should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hives, itching, abdominal pain, fever, or coma occur while taking the medication, stop immediately and consult a specialist. Caution is needed as long-term high-dose use may cause nerve damage, blood abnormalities, peptic ulcers, liver damage, etc. Make sure to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration; children should be supervised by a guardian when taking it. Also, note that it may affect blood sugar test results, and it is advisable to avoid consuming highly tannin-rich teas like green tea or black tea before and after taking it. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should regularly monitor blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this medication accordingly. When storing, keep it in an airtight container avoiding direct sunlight and moisture, and do not transfer it to another container.
