As bromelain, take 45-90 mg per dose, three times a day. Take it with water 30 minutes before meals.

This medication should not be taken by patients with severe blood coagulation disorders, such as hemophilia. Patients with severe liver disease or kidney disease, especially those undergoing dialysis, should also avoid using this medication.
