How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 16 and older, one tablet (10 mg) may be taken once, up to a maximum of two tablets (20 mg) per day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone with a known allergy to its ingredients or similar medications. Additionally, individuals with a genetic condition that prevents them from digesting lactose should not take this medication. People allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also avoid using this medication. If you have difficulty swallowing food, are vomiting blood, have blood in your stools, or if heartburn persists for more than three months, you must consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, drowsiness, sweating, chest or shoulder pain, frequent chest pain, unexpected weight loss, nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain. Patients currently taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or with a history of medication allergies, renal or liver problems, heart disease, elderly patients, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a professional before using this medication. If you are taking specific antifungal or antineoplastic drugs, you must inform your doctor as interactions may occur. If your symptoms do not improve or worsen after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor or pharmacist. You should not continue to use this medication for more than 14 days, and should discontinue use immediately if symptoms of allergic reactions, blood disorders, skin rashes, liver dysfunction, muscle pain, heart problems, neurological issues, digestive issues, renal issues, or respiratory problems occur, and seek professional medical advice. This medication may conceal symptoms of stomach cancer, so it is safe to use for a short duration only for symptom relief. Do not take with alcoholic beverages, and consult your doctor or pharmacist if you notice changes in your condition after taking this medication. Patients on dialysis should be cautious when taking this medication with other drugs, and patients with lipid metabolism disorders should regularly check their blood lipid levels. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, in its original container with the lid tightly closed.

Hives, severe swelling (facial swelling, throat swelling), tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, respiratory distress, high fever, severe rash, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, jaundice, liver dysfunction, hepatitis, elevated liver enzymes, sudden and severe headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, systemic fatigue, delayed blood coagulation, leukopenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, eosinopenia, hypochromic anemia.
