This medicine contains vitamin D and various B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12), which helps supplement the necessary nutrients at various stages such as physical fatigue, decrease in physical strength during or after illness, pregnancy and lactation, growth periods, and old age. It also helps improve poor bone and dental development and is effective in preventing rickets. The zinc component also aids in pain relief from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and is used for relief from oral and skin inflammatory symptoms such as eye fatigue, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. The combined action of these ingredients helps maintain overall physical health and improve various symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adolescents and adults aged 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by patients who have hypercalcemia due to excessive blood calcium, those with sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), and individuals with kidney diseases. Those with allergic reactions to the components of this medicine should also avoid taking it, and infants under 3 months old or children under 12 months old should not take it. Patients with kidney stones or severe renal failure symptoms should not use this medicine. While taking this medicine, avoid taking certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, and antacids, as well as levodopa together. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system dysfunction, hair loss, and gastrointestinal disorders occur while taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Also, caution is needed as high-dose use may cause side effects such as neuropathy, hematological abnormalities, aggravation of peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance damage, and liver damage. Make sure to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and this medicine may cause urine to change to a yellow color, affecting clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. When storing, keep it out of reach of children and in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to maintain the quality of the medicine.
