Adult dosage
For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue damage, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Take 200-600 mg orally 3-4 times a day. A maximum of 3200 mg can be taken in a day. For mild and moderate pain, colds: Take 200-400 mg orally 3-4 times a day, adjusting as appropriate based on age and symptoms. For migraines: Take 200-400 mg orally.
Children's dosage
For inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 doses daily.

This medication is effective for relieving fever and pain caused by colds, low back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and degenerative osteoarthritis, as well as post-surgical pain. It can also be used for headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute gout. It is helpful for psoriatic arthritis and soft tissue damage such as strains, bruises, and rheumatic diseases not involving joints such as tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. This medication is used to alleviate and improve symptoms of various pain and inflammatory diseases.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue damage, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Take 200-600 mg orally 3-4 times a day. A maximum of 3200 mg can be taken in a day. For mild and moderate pain, colds: Take 200-400 mg orally 3-4 times a day, adjusting as appropriate based on age and symptoms. For migraines: Take 200-400 mg orally.

Children's dosage

For inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 doses daily.

Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a physician or pharmacist before use by individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic drinks daily. There is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in heavy drinkers when taking this medication. This medication can affect the cardiovascular system, so those at risk for heart disease or stroke should be especially cautious. Patients taking it long-term or those with cardiovascular diseases should closely monitor for unusual symptoms and report any problems immediately. This medication can also burden the stomach, so individuals with a history of stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding should avoid taking it, and both elderly patients and long-term users should be careful as they are at higher risk for gastrointestinal bleeding. This medication should not be taken in excess of the recommended dose, and it should not be combined with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Additionally, nursing mothers should stop breastfeeding or discontinue the medication due to potential effects on their infants. Individuals with specific diseases or those taking other medications should consult with a physician or pharmacist before use, especially if they have a history of blood abnormalities, liver disorders, kidney disorders, heart disease, high blood pressure, or allergies. If severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, bleeding, skin rashes, liver function abnormalities, or kidney function decline occur while taking the medication, it should be stopped immediately, and medical advice should be sought. This medication should be taken for the shortest time and at the minimum dosage necessary, and regular check-ups should be performed to monitor liver, kidney, and blood conditions during long-term use. Use should be avoided during pregnancy, especially in late stages, as it may pose risks to the fetus; minimal use is advised only if absolutely necessary during the second trimester. Keep out of reach of children, and do not store medications in containers other than their original packaging for safety.

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or high doses of methotrexate. Consult with a physician or pharmacist if taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.

Storage

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container away from air and kept at a temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way preserves the medication's effectiveness.
