Adult dose
1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis: Administer 250~500mg of naproxen orally twice a day (every 12 hours). 2. Acute gout: Administer 750mg as a loading dose orally and then 250mg every 8 hours until the attack subsides. 3. Skeletal muscle disorders, post-surgical pain, pain after tooth extraction, dysmenorrhea, tendinitis, bursitis: Administer 500mg as a loading dose orally and then 250mg every 6~8 hours. Do not exceed a total daily dose of 1250mg. 4. Migraine: Administer 750mg of naproxen as a loading dose orally. If necessary, an additional 250-500mg may be taken throughout the day; doses can be taken 30 minutes after the initial doses. Do not exceed a total daily dose of 1250mg. Adjust dosage as appropriate based on age and symptoms.

This medication is used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendinitis, acute gout, and dysmenorrhea. It is also effective for alleviating pain from bursitis, strains and sprains caused by muscle and ligament injuries, post-surgical pain, migraines, and pain after tooth extraction. Overall, it helps to relieve inflammation and pain in joints and muscles.

How to take

Adult dose

1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis: Administer 250~500mg of naproxen orally twice a day (every 12 hours). 2. Do not take this medicine with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and naproxen derivatives. Phenytoin-class anticonvulsants, sulfa drugs, sulfonylurea-class hypoglycemic agents, propranolol and other beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors (e.g., captopril), loop and thiazide diuretics, probeneic, aspirin, lithium, methotrexate, cumarins (e.g., warfarin), zidovudine, and fluoroquinolone antibiotics (e.g., enoxacin) may interact.
