This medicine supplements nutrients that are deficient in physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, post-illness recovery, developmental stages, and old age by supplying vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C. Additionally, it helps alleviate dry eyes and improve night blindness as well as supporting healthy development of bones and teeth and preventing rickets. Iron is effective in the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, while zinc is used for the supply necessary to maintain bodily functions. Thus, it contributes to overall health improvement and nutritional status enhancement through various vitamins and minerals.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

Adolescents aged 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily may pose a risk of congenital malformations in women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who might become pregnant. Children, especially those under 6 years of age, may suffer severe toxicity and even death if overdosed, so it should be kept out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, renal disorders, hyperkalemia, hemosiderosis, non-iron deficiency anemia, kidney stones, and severe renal failure should not take this medication. Those who have allergic reactions to any components of this medication and infants under 12 months should also avoid administration. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and drugs such as levodopa together. Especially if receiving treatment from a physician or with a history of hyperoxaluria, peptic ulcer, chronic ulcerative colitis, heart and kidney disease, hypoproteinemia, liver and gallbladder diseases, gout, or kidney stones, consultation with a specialist before taking is essential. If symptoms appear such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, diarrhea, abdominal pain, hives, fever, coma, symptoms of hyperkalemia, etc., discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Also, changes in menstruation, increased risk of thrombosis, neurological disorders, hematological anomalies, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, liver damage, edema, and increased risk of osteoporosis may occur, so caution is needed. Always adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, ensuring that the daily supplemental dose of vitamin A does not exceed 5,000 IU. This medication may affect urinalysis results. It is advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins like green tea or black tea before and after intake.
