Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

As bromelain, take 45–90mg once, three times a day. Take with water 30 minutes before meals.

Children's dosage

Children aged 12 years and older should take the same dosage as adults.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with severe blood coagulation disorders, such as hemophilia. Patients with severe liver or kidney disease, especially those undergoing dialysis, should also avoid this medication. Patients taking anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors should not take this medication together, as it may increase the risk of bleeding.
