Adult dose

Typically, an adult takes 1 pouch (15mL) or 1 bottle (15mL) once a day between meals.

This medicine should not be taken by newborns, breastfeeding women, pregnant women, or those who may become pregnant. This is because the included ingredient, Coptis Chinensis, may increase the risk of premature birth or miscarriage. People with a weak stomach must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine as symptoms like stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea may occur. Special attention should be paid if there are existing symptoms of loss of appetite, nausea, or vomiting, as they may worsen. Elderly patients should be cautious and may need to reduce the dosage due to potential decreased bodily function. Moreover, it’s important for patients taking other medications to consult with a specialist about possible interactions with this medicine. If any allergic reactions such as rash or hives occur during the medication, or gastrointestinal symptoms like loss of appetite, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea arise, stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine for one month, also stop taking it and consult a specialist. Long-term use of this medicine should be under a specialist's guidance, and the prescribed usage and dosage must be strictly followed. When taking this medicine with other herbal or natural medicines, be careful to avoid overlapping ingredients.
