Adult dose

Aged 15 and older: 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be more than 4 hours.

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use by individuals who regularly consume three or more drinks a day. Excessive alcohol consumption while taking this medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. People with heart or vascular issues or risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidemia should be careful when taking this medication in high doses. In particular, taking more than 2400mg per day may increase the risk of thromboembolic events such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or experiences that induced asthma, as well as infants under three months old, should not take this medication. It should not be taken alongside other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives, and it is advisable to consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Especially children infected with chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic tendencies, individuals with liver or kidney diseases, elderly patients, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult with a specialist. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, or swelling occur while taking, immediately stop taking and consult a doctor. In severe cases, anaphylactic shock or serious skin conditions may occur, so caution is necessary. Children under two years old should not take this medication unless in special cases. Dosage and administration should be strictly followed, and it should not be taken for extended periods. Additionally, it is safer not to consume alcohol while taking this medication. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, it may affect fetal kidney function, so the minimum necessary dosage should be used only when absolutely required, and its use should be avoided after 30 weeks of pregnancy. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place. It should not be transferred to another container to maintain its quality.

Serious side effects

• Hives, swelling (severe swelling), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweats, pallor → Symptoms of anaphylactic shock (hypersensitivity shock)
• Severe rash with high fever, blisters, peeling skin, pain in oral/ocular mucosa → Mucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), Toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's syndrome)
• Asthma
• Churg-Strauss syndrome (cardiovascular allergic reactions)
• Metabolic acidosis (in case of overdose)

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives. Consult with a doctor or pharmacist when taking in conjunction with diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, diuretics, or low-dose aspirin.

Food interactions

Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication.

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is best to maintain storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature.
