In particular, vitamin D plays a role in aiding bone development and preventing rickets, while B vitamins help alleviate neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. It is also effective for improving inflammation symptoms around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, and relieving skin conditions like dermatitis and eczema. It also helps reduce eye fatigue, supporting overall health. Thus, various vitamins and minerals are used to improve various discomforts in the body.

How to take

Adult dose

For those 12 years and older and adults: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease, or patients with kidney disease. People with hypersensitivity to this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, or severe renal failure should also avoid taking it. During the course of this medication, it is advisable not to take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs such as levodopa simultaneously. Those receiving medical treatment or with oxalosis, pregnant or lactating women, premature infants, and infants should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Individuals with a history of peptic ulcers, chronic colitis, heart and circulatory system disorders, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, gout, or previous kidney stones should also consult before taking it. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, dermatitis, hair loss, hypotension, or pulmonary edema appear during use, it is essential to stop taking the drug immediately and consult a specialist. Moreover, if menstruation becomes rapid or bleeding lasts longer, there may be an increased risk of thrombosis when taking contraceptives, necessitating caution. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and specific vitamin intake may cause neurological or hematological adverse reactions, so caution is advised. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers or cause glucose intolerance, liver damage, hyperuricemia, and may present symptoms such as nausea, edema, or heart failure. Furthermore, taking it with certain diuretics may dangerously elevate serum potassium levels, so it must be done cautiously. This medication must adhere to prescribed usage and dosage, as it may affect results in urinalysis or clinical tests. During or before use, it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea. Finally, this medication must be kept out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry place. Maintaining quality is important, so transferring to other containers should not be done.
