How to take

Adult dose

The usual adult dosage is 22.5 g taken twice daily before meals, in the morning and evening.

Child dose

For ages 7-14, 15 g per dose (2/3 of the adult dose); for ages 4-6, 11.25 g per dose (1/2 of the adult dose); for ages 2-3, 7.5 g per dose (1/3 of the adult dose); for infants under 1 year, 5.625 g per dose (1/4 of the adult dose).
