Improvement of skin diseases including eczema and dermatitis (progressive lichen planus, chronic simple lichen), urticaria.
This medication is used for various skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis, as well as urticaria. It is also effective for insect bites and helps in the treatment of psoriasis and palmoplantar pustulosis. It is utilized to alleviate symptoms of several skin conditions and to improve skin health.
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once or multiple times a day and adjust according to symptoms. Additionally, sealing therapy may be conducted depending on symptoms.
This medication is a steroid cream that alleviates various skin inflammations and allergic reactions. However, it should not be used when there is an infection of the skin caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals, as it may worsen symptoms. It should also be avoided by individuals who have had an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to this medication or its components. It is not advisable to apply it to severely damaged skin areas like those with perforated eardrums, ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite, as it may delay healing. This medication should not be used during skin inflammation around the mouth, common acne, or rosacea. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, children, and elderly individuals should exercise particular caution when using this medication. This medication may lead to skin infections, dryness, or irritation, and long-term use may result in skin thinning or vascular dilation, among other side effects. In addition, applying it widely to the body or sealing it may allow steroids to be absorbed into the body, affecting hormonal function, so caution is required. When used around the eyes, it may lead to increased intraocular pressure or ocular diseases such as glaucoma or cataracts. As a general rule, this medication should not be used for eczema or dermatitis accompanied by infection, and if unavoidable, infection should be treated first or in conjunction with the medication. If symptoms do not improve or worsen, cease use immediately. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should avoid long-term or extensive use of this medication and use it cautiously according to a doctor's discretion. Children should be cautious as their skin area relative to body weight is larger, leading to potentially greater absorption of the medication, especially if sealed by diapers, etc. Elderly individuals may also generally experience a higher incidence of side effects, necessitating monitoring during use. This medication should not be used for ophthalmic purposes, and use after makeup or shaving is to be avoided. Sealing therapy should strictly follow a physician's instructions, and the affected area should be cleaned prior to use to reduce the risk of infection. Finally, it should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children, and psoriasis patients should be cautious as prolonged large-scale use may rarely worsen skin symptoms.
