This medication is used for various pains including neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, low back pain, sprain pain, and shoulder pain, as well as conditions accompanied by abnormal muscle tension such as muscle spasms or muscle rigidity.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 tablets per dose, up to 4 times a day, avoiding taking on an empty stomach. Adjust as appropriate according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication may pose a risk of liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, so it is essential to consult a physician or pharmacist. This medication contains acetaminophen; combining it with other acetaminophen products may lead to exceeding the maximum daily dosage, which can cause liver damage, so it should not be used in conjunction with any other acetaminophen products. Individuals allergic to chlorzoxazone or acetaminophen should not take this medication, nor should patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders. Patients with severe liver or kidney disease, those with a history of drug allergies, and pregnant or potentially pregnant women must consult a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before using this medication. If allergic symptoms such as hives, skin rash, or itching occur during the use of this medication, it should be stopped immediately, and if liver dysfunction is suspected, administration should cease. Also, gastrointestinal disturbances or gastrointestinal bleeding may occur, and caution is needed as neurological symptoms such as drowsiness, dizziness, headache, and excessive excitement may appear.
