Adult dose

Adults: 2g per dose, 3 times a day (4g on the first dose)

Child dose

Children: 1g per dose, 3 times a day

This medication can be used with antibiotics; however, it is advisable not to use it with certain antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin, imipenem, and cilastatin sodium. Patients undergoing treatment by a physician should use this medication cautiously. This medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. This medication must be used strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for about a month, discontinue use and consult a pharmacist or physician. Consult a pharmacist or physician before using this medication in infants under 3 months old. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, to prevent improper use and to maintain quality, do not transfer the medication to another container.
