If cardiovascular symptoms appear, immediate medical attention is required, particularly for chest pain, shortness of breath, and slurred speech. Serious gastrointestinal issues such as perforation, ulcers, or bleeding may occur, so immediate treatment is necessary if symptoms like epigastric pain, indigestion, black stools, or hematemesis appear. Extra caution is needed for the elderly or those with a history of gastrointestinal disease; alternative treatments should be considered if there is a high risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. If allergic to this medication or having certain conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with severe liver or kidney disease should not take it. Those with impaired liver or kidney function, asthma, heart failure, hypertension, edema, or dehydration should consult a doctor before use. Regular evaluation of liver and kidney function is necessary during treatment, and medical consultation is required if any abnormal symptoms occur. This medication can interact with other drugs, so if you are taking other medications, inform your doctor, especially when taking blood pressure medications, diuretics, anticoagulants, or antidepressants. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should avoid this medication and stop using it immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. This medication can rarely cause severe skin reactions, so if symptoms like skin rashes, blisters, itching, or fever appear, discontinue use and seek medical assistance. Dizziness or drowsiness may occur, so care should be exercised when driving or operating machinery. Overdosage may lead to nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, or lethargy, requiring immediate medical treatment. This medication has not been established as safe for children, so it is not recommended for use in patients under 18 years of age. Elderly patients may have declining kidney and liver function, so careful monitoring is required during use.
