Cleansing and sterilization effect for dialysis machines
The cleaning and sterilization of dialysis machines are very important procedures. This process removes contaminants and microorganisms that may remain in the device, reducing the risk of infection. To provide a safe treatment environment for patients, the dialysis machines are thoroughly managed and maintained at a high level of hygiene. Regular cleaning and sterilization help optimize the device's performance and enhance treatment efficacy. Therefore, the cleaning and sterilization of dialysis machines are essential processes to protect patient health and support treatment success.
This drug is used only for artificial kidney dialysis machines where the dilution concentration and cleaning time are specified for cleaning with glycolic acid. The dilution concentration and cleaning time are according to the equipment manual (maximum dilution concentration: glycolic acid, at least 0.05%). After the equipment is disinfected, before using the equipment, the residuality of this drug must be confirmed using hydrogen peroxide residue test strips, ensuring it is less than 0.5 ppm as hydrogen peroxide.
This drug must not be administered to humans directly. It must never be used directly on a person's body. Those who are allergic or sensitive to hydrogen peroxide or glycolic acid should not use dialysis machines treated with this drug. This drug should only be used according to the designated methods and dosages; using it differently may pose risks. It can cause irritation or damage if it comes in contact with eyes or skin, so care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes and skin when handling it. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Users must be well-informed about medical device contamination prevention and handling toxic substances, and carefully understand the precautions and usage before use. Particularly after dialysis, the equipment should be thoroughly rinsed and cleaned to ensure the effectiveness of this drug. When using this drug, appropriate protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection should be worn to prevent contact with skin and eyes. The specified dosage should be adhered to, as failing to do so may affect safety and efficacy, so careful management is necessary. If this drug is accidentally ingested, drink plenty of water to dilute it immediately, do not induce vomiting, and contact a doctor for treatment. Gastric lavage is not recommended. This drug should not be used with alkaline substances like bleach, as it may cause mucosal damage or reduce effectiveness. It should be stored out of reach of children and should not be exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures for extended periods. Care should be taken to avoid contact with oxidizing or flammable substances, and it is recommended to store it in its original container without touching the lid. Used drugs should never be returned to the container and must be disposed of properly.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
