Precautions

It is essential for individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol per day to consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication, as heavy drinkers may have an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when using this drug. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. There is a possibility of cardiovascular issues such as heart attack or stroke, especially for those who have cardiovascular disease or risk factors. Patients should closely monitor for cardiovascular symptoms during treatment and consult their physician immediately if any abnormalities occur. This medication can cause severe issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations. Elderly individuals are at a higher risk, so use should be monitored carefully. If symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding or pain occur during use, patients should consult a healthcare provider immediately. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, asthma history, or allergies to this medication or its components should not take this medication. The concurrent use of aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, so it is recommended not to take them together. There may also be interactions with certain anticancer agents, antihypertensive drugs, and diuretics, so consultation with a specialist is essential. During treatment, breastfeeding should be avoided, and individuals should be cautious of dizziness or fatigue while driving or operating machinery. Long-term use of high doses may lead to headaches. Individuals with blood disorders, liver or kidney diseases, hypertension, heart failure, allergy history, elderly individuals, and children (6 years and older) must consult a physician or pharmacist before use. Furthermore, women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as shock, severe skin rash, difficulty breathing, profuse sweating, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, severe pain in mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory problems accompanied by cough and fever, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), severe malaise, sudden and intense headaches, lightning headaches, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, or changes in urination appear, discontinue the medication immediately and consult healthcare professionals. This medication should be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. Regular blood tests and assessment of liver and kidney function are necessary during long-term use. Additionally, this medication may mask symptoms of infections, requiring careful monitoring in suspected cases. After the 20th week of pregnancy, this medication may affect fetal kidney function; therefore, it should only be used in the minimum effective dose when absolutely necessary, with regular monitoring of amniotic fluid status. In case of overdose, even if there are no specific symptoms, medicinal attention should be sought immediately, and emergency measures such as gastric lavage or inducing vomiting should be performed as soon as possible. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a tightly closed container away from direct sunlight, moisture, and cool conditions. Transferring to other containers may not be good for quality maintenance.
