This medication alleviates pain and inflammation caused by osteoarthritis and aids in smooth joint movement. It is also used to reduce discomfort in the joints and enhance activity in daily life.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet twice a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be used by patients who are allergic to this medicine or its components or have had hypersensitivity reactions. Patients with peptic ulcers, severe heart disease, or significant impairment of liver or kidney function should not take this medicine. Patients who have had allergic reactions to COX-2 inhibitors, sulfonamides, aspirin, or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past should also be cautious. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should avoid this medicine due to specific herbal ingredients that may pose a risk of miscarriage or preterm birth. Those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should not take this medicine. Patients with peptic ulcers, cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, asthma, or those taking psychiatric drugs should use this medicine cautiously. Patients with lipid metabolism abnormalities, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should also be careful. Possible side effects include heartburn, indigestion, facial or body swelling, fatigue, itching, decreased blood cell count, headaches, blurred vision, etc. If gastrointestinal bleeding or any signs of liver or kidney dysfunction occur while taking this medicine, consult a doctor immediately. It is important to have regular blood tests, liver and kidney function tests, and ECGs to check for abnormalities. In case of allergic reactions or anaphylaxis, immediate emergency treatment should be sought. This medicine cannot replace corticosteroids and may mask inflammation symptoms, leading to delayed diagnosis of infectious complications. If dizziness or drowsiness occurs while taking this medicine, avoid driving or operating machinery.
