Adult dose

Administer 90mg of Artemisia asiatica 95% ethanol soft extract orally twice daily after meals.

This medication contains lactose, so it should not be administered to patients with genetic disorders that inhibit lactose digestion. Caution is advised when using this medication for patients with thrombosis, blood coagulation disorders, and those with serious issues in major organs such as the liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs. Patients with a history of drug allergies or previous allergic conditions should also be monitored closely. This medication contains a coloring agent (Yellow No. 4), so caution is necessary for patients who may have allergic reactions to this substance. Occasionally, gastrointestinal symptoms such as belching, abdominal distension, dyspepsia, nausea, and queasiness may occur while taking this medication. There have been reports of temporary increases in liver function test results, so attention to liver health is necessary. The safety of this medication has not been adequately researched in patients with peptic ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastric disorders caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or those who have undergone gastric resection, so caution is advised. The use of this medication is primarily recommended for short-term use of less than 2 weeks, and if symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks, it is essential to consult with a doctor or pharmacist. There has not been sufficient research on interactions between this medication and other drugs, so it is advisable to consult a professional if you are taking other medications. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should carefully consider the benefits and risks of using this medication, and nursing mothers should also exercise caution. The safety and effectiveness of this medication in neonates, children, and adolescents has not been established, so its use is not recommended for these groups. In elderly individuals over 75 years old, adverse reactions may occur more easily, necessitating careful monitoring during administration. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, transferring the medication to another container is not advisable as it may adversely affect the quality.
