Relief of pain and inflammation related to cold and arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis)
This medicine is effective for fever and pain caused by colds, low back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and postoperative pain relief. It is also used for headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, and neuralgia. It helps with ankylosing spondylitis and acute gout, as well as psoriatic arthritis. It is also effectively used for soft tissue damage and non-articular rheumatic conditions such as tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. This medicine is useful for improving various pain and inflammatory diseases.
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue damage, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: 200-600mg per dose, taken orally 3-4 times a day. Mild to moderate pain, common cold: 200-400mg per dose, taken orally 3-4 times a day. Migraine: 200-400mg per dose, to be taken orally, not exceeding 2 capsules in 24 hours.
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 oral doses per day. Adolescents aged 12 years and older: 200-400mg per dose, taken orally 3-4 times a day. Weight 30
This medicine may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Taking this medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular thrombosis, myocardial infarction, and stroke; thus, those with cardiovascular disease or risk factors, or those taking the medication for an extended period, should exercise caution. Serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation may occur, so elderly patients or those on long-term therapy should be carefully monitored for adverse symptoms. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, hypertension, or those allergic to any components of this drug, or with a history of asthma, should avoid taking this medicine. In late pregnancy, this medication may be harmful to the fetus, so it should not be taken, and patients undergoing high-dose methotrexate treatment for cancer should also avoid it. This drug should not be taken in excess of the recommended dosage, and it is safer not to take it in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If breastfeeding, this drug can be transmitted through breast milk and may cause side effects in infants, so breastfeeding should be discontinued or medication stopped. Before taking, patients with blood disorders, liver or kidney diseases, heart disease, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Particularly, this drug may reduce the cardioprotective effects of low-dose aspirin, so caution is needed if aspirin is being taken concurrently. If serious adverse reactions occur during the use of this medication, such as sudden allergic reactions, severe skin rash, difficulty breathing, blood pressure changes, heart problems, or kidney issues, use should be stopped immediately, and medical assistance sought. In case of overdose, symptoms such as dizziness, vomiting, liver dysfunction, kidney failure, and respiratory depression may occur, and immediate medical attention is necessary. This medication should be taken at the minimal effective dose and for the shortest duration possible, and for long-term users, regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be performed to check for abnormalities. Patients with hypertension or heart failure should closely monitor blood pressure and fluid status while taking this medication, and patients with diminished kidney function should exercise special caution. During pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks, caution is warranted as it may affect fetal kidney function; thus, ultrasounds to monitor amniotic fluid status should be conducted when using this medication.
Hives, severe swelling (angioedema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/eye mucosa, difficulty or shortness of breath, asthma attack, respiratory issues accompanied by cough and fever, skin or eye jaundice, extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, urinary retention

Do not take this medication with high-dose methotrexate. Do not take it in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking it with low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
This medicine should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is best to maintain a storage temperature between 1°C and 30°C.
