Precautions

This medication may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by people who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily; therefore, consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, it may cause cardiovascular problems, so caution is needed for individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors. It may induce severe gastrointestinal issues such as bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, thus particularly caution should be exercised by older adults or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. Individuals with certain conditions such as gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, severe liver/kidney dysfunction, heart failure, hypertension, or hypersensitivity should not take this medication. The risk of side effects increases when taken with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hence co-administration should be avoided. Consultation with a doctor is necessary if breastfeeding while taking this medication, and caution should be exercised while driving or operating machinery, as dizziness or fatigue may occur. Individuals with blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, hypertension, or a history of allergies, as well as pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant, must consult a healthcare professional. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, gastrointestinal bleeding, difficulty breathing, or liver function abnormalities occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. This medication should be used at the minimum effective dose and for the shortest duration necessary, with regular blood tests and liver/kidney function assessments required for long-term use. Special caution is needed after the 20th week of pregnancy due to potential effects on fetal kidney function, and medical attention should be sought in case of overdose. Store in a cool and dry place out of reach of children and avoid direct sunlight.
