Relief of excessive stomach acid and digestive symptoms (heartburn, belching)
Used for digestive symptoms such as excessive stomach acid, heartburn, and belching.
For those 16 years and older, the dosage may be 1 tablet (10 mg) once, up to 2 tablets (20 mg) per day.
This medicine should not be taken by anyone who has had an allergic reaction to its components or similar medications. Additionally, those with inherited diseases affecting lactose breakdown should not take it as it contains lactose. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you experience difficulty swallowing food, pain, vomiting blood, or blood in stools. If heartburn symptoms persist for more than 3 months, consult a professional before taking. Be cautious if experiencing dizziness, drowsiness, cold sweats, chest or shoulder pain, or difficulty breathing. Consult immediately if chest pain occurs frequently or if there is unexplained weight loss, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain. Those taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or with drug allergies should also be cautious. Patients with kidney, heart, or liver problems should consult a doctor as this medication may alter blood concentrations or worsen symptoms. Elderly people and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should also consult a professional before taking. Let your doctor know if taking certain antifungal drugs or some anticancer agents, as these may reduce medication effectiveness. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after taking, stop immediately and consult healthcare professionals. This medication should not be taken continuously for more than 14 days. If serious side effects such as allergic reactions, skin rashes, liver dysfunction, muscle pain, heart problems, neurological symptoms, gastrointestinal issues, kidney problems, or respiratory distress occur, discontinue use and consult a professional. This medication may mask symptoms of gastric cancer and should only be used temporarily for symptom relief. Do not take with alcoholic beverages, and inform a professional of any changes in body condition after use. Patients on dialysis should be aware that using this medication with phosphate binders might reduce its effectiveness. Store this medication out of reach of children and keep it in its original container to maintain its quality and safety.
