Improvement of myocardial ischemia caused by hypertension and angina, reduction of cardiovascular risk, and improvement of dyslipidemia.
Amlodipine (S-Amlodipine) is used to control hypertension and improve myocardial ischemia caused by stable angina or vasospasm. It also helps reduce the risk of hospitalization due to angina in patients with coronary artery disease confirmed by recent angiography and the risks associated with coronary revascularization. Atorvastatin is used to reduce the risk of various cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and angina, and to treat hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia. Its effectiveness has been particularly demonstrated in patients with various risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Both medications play a significant role in maintaining cardiovascular health and preventing complications, thus can be used to improve symptoms and reduce the risk of complications through continuous administration.
Amlodipine (S-Amlodipine) is administered orally once daily at 5 (2.5) mg, with the maximum dose increased to 10 (5) mg daily based on the patient's response. The dose should be adjusted appropriately according to the symptoms. Atorvastatin is generally set at 10 mg once daily, but in cases requiring further reduction of LDL cholesterol levels, the initial dose can be 20 mg or 40 mg once daily. The dosage should be once daily.
