Treatment of peripheral artery circulation disorder (intermittent claudication) and brain function disorder (tinnitus, memory decline)
This medication is used to treat symptoms of intermittent claudication caused by peripheral artery circulation disorder. It also alleviates dizziness and vascular and degenerative tinnitus, which is a ringing in the ears. It is effective in treating organic brain function disorders associated with demential symptoms, including tinnitus, headaches, memory decline, concentration difficulties, and feelings of depression. Overall, it helps improve blood circulation and support brain function to alleviate symptoms.
For peripheral artery circulation disorder, dizziness, tinnitus (ringing in the ears): administer Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract at 40 mg for one dose three times a day or 80 mg for one dose twice a day orally. For organic brain function disorder: administer Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract at 40-80 mg for one dose three times a day or 120 mg for one dose twice a day orally. Adjust according to age and symptoms.
This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to certain components. Children under 12 years of age should avoid taking this medication due to insufficient experience. Pregnant women should carefully consider before taking this medication as its safety has not been sufficiently confirmed. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic disorders that impair lactose digestion should refrain from taking it. Individuals with bleeding disorders or those taking blood-thinning medications must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Nursing mothers should also consult an expert before taking this medication as it is not known if it passes into breast milk. Before undergoing surgery, if symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for over three months or worsen, it is essential to discontinue use immediately and consult an expert. Occasionally, side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort, headaches, or skin allergic reactions may occur, so they should be monitored. Dizziness or itching has also been reported, so it's important to observe one's condition closely. Rarely, severe allergic reactions may occur; if sudden symptoms arise, consult medical personnel immediately. This medication is not intended to lower blood pressure, so patients with hypertension should not take it as a specific treatment. Store this medication out of reach of children in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
