This medication is used to improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness due to chronic arterial occlusion, such as Burger's disease, peripheral vascular disease due to atherosclerosis, and diabetic peripheral vascular disease. It is also effective in preventing the recurrence of cerebral infarction after onset, excluding cardiogenic cerebral embolism. Therefore, it helps improve blood circulation and alleviate related symptoms.

This medication may cause dizziness, so caution is required when driving or operating machinery, and it is advisable to take it at least 3 hours apart from meals. Particularly, taking it after a high-fat meal can increase the drug concentration and the risk of side effects, so taking it on an empty stomach is recommended.
