Precautions

This medication may increase heart rate, which can lead to symptoms of angina such as chest pain, so careful observation of angina symptoms is necessary. This medication should not be used by patients at high risk of bleeding or those who have recently experienced bleeding, patients with congestive heart failure, individuals allergic to this medication or its components, and women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Use with caution in patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, thrombolytics, menstruating women, patients with coronary artery stenosis, patients with severe renal or liver dysfunction, diabetic patients, hypertensive patients, patients with cardiac arrhythmias, and patients with specific cardiac structural abnormalities. When taking this medication, side effects such as headaches, diarrhea, palpitations, joint swelling, and chest discomfort may occur. In serious cases, complications such as bleeding, blood disorders, pneumonia, heart issues, and liver dysfunction may arise, necessitating immediate consultation with healthcare professionals upon the appearance of abnormal symptoms. In patients with cerebral infarction, administration should begin after symptoms stabilize, and high blood pressure patients should be particularly cautious in managing their blood pressure. This medication may cause dizziness, so caution is required when driving or operating machinery. Taking this medication with food may increase the drug concentration, leading to a higher risk of side effects, so it is recommended to take it on an empty stomach with a 3-hour interval from meals. As this medication is metabolized by liver enzymes, interactions may occur when taken with certain medications, especially increasing the risk of bleeding, so it is advised to inform healthcare providers about any medications being taken concurrently. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use this medication, and children or the elderly may require dosage adjustments due to different body functions. In case of overdose, symptoms such as headache, diarrhea, hypotension, tachycardia, and cardiac arrhythmias may appear, and immediate medical treatment should be sought.
