This medication is used to relieve symptoms of inflammation accompanied by edema and to reduce edema that occurs after trauma or surgery.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

As bromelain, take 100mg once, twice a day. Take with water 30 minutes before meals.

Children's dosage

Children over 12 years should take 100mg once, twice a day, the same as adults. Take with water 30 minutes before meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with severe blood coagulation disorders, such as hemophilia. Patients with significantly impaired liver or kidney functions, especially those undergoing dialysis, should also avoid taking this medication. Additionally, patients taking anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors should exercise caution, as there may be an increased risk of bleeding when taking this medication together. Pregnant or nursing women should avoid taking this medication, as its safety has not been established. It is also advisable for children under 12 years of age not to take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should not take it.
