How to take

Adult dose

This medication is a sustained-release tablet; it should be taken whole without crushing, splitting, or chewing. Administer 1 tablet (75mg of Eperisone Hydrochloride) orally after meals, twice a day. Adjust as appropriate according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by those with allergic reactions or severe myasthenia gravis. Those who have a history of allergies to the medication or have poor liver function should use it with caution. While using this medication, allergic symptoms such as skin rash, itching, and difficulty breathing may occur, so if such symptoms appear, use should be stopped immediately and consultation with a physician should be sought. Rarely, severe skin conditions may occur, so if symptoms such as fever, skin rash, blisters, conjunctival injection, or oral inflammation appear, the use of the medication should be stopped immediately and a medical professional should be consulted. Because drowsiness and decreased concentration can occur, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery while taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only take this medication if the benefits are deemed greater than the risks, and breastfeeding should be avoided if possible; if it must be taken, breastfeeding should be discontinued.
