This medication helps alleviate symptoms such as discomfort and bloating in the stomach, gastric pain, heartburn, and belching caused by excess gastric acid. It is also effective in improving indigestion due to overeating or stomach fullness and in treating loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets three times a day after meals

Child dose

Ages 8 to under 15: 1 tablet three times a day after meals

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by children under 7 years old. While taking this medication, do not take drugs such as gastrointestinal pain relievers or antispasmodics together. Lactating women should avoid taking this medication or, if necessary, should refrain from breastfeeding, as this medication may be transmitted through breast milk and could accelerate the baby's heart rate. Consult with a physician, dentist, or pharmacist if necessary. For example, individuals who are currently receiving treatment or who are pregnant or may become pregnant, those with gastrointestinal diseases, kidney disorders, heart disorders, glaucoma, urinary disorders, thyroid dysfunction, elderly individuals, patients with hypermagnesemia, those with allergic tendencies or prior drug allergy symptoms, and those taking other medications should consult with a specialist. If any symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, headache, facial flushing, photophobia, or urinary difficulties appear while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than 2 weeks, consult a specialist. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed methods and dosages; parental supervision is necessary when administering it to children. Taking this medication in conjunction with large amounts of milk or calcium supplements may lead to side effects such as milk-alkali syndrome, so careful observation is required, and if any abnormal symptoms occur, use should be discontinued. This medication may make it difficult to secrete breast milk and may have a distinct odor. When storing, keep out of reach of children and store in a tightly sealed container, avoiding direct sunlight and humid areas. Do not transfer the medication to another container, and ensure the tablets do not get wet; any wet tablets should be discarded. The plastic wrap inside the container should be discarded upon opening, and after use, the lid should be tightly closed to prevent moisture or contamination. Do not take medication that is past its expiration date.
