Precautions

This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol a day; thus, consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. It can increase the risk to the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, so individuals with risk factors for heart diseases or cerebrovascular diseases should use it cautiously. Serious issues such as bleeding, ulcers, and perforation in the gastrointestinal tract may occur, so special care should be taken for the elderly or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. It should not be taken if there is active peptic ulcer or bleeding, or if there's an allergy to this drug or similar drugs. Women in late pregnancy or breastfeeding, and those with severe heart failure, cardiovascular diseases, or severe kidney or liver impairment should also avoid this medication. Those with reduced kidney function, heart failure, hypertension, or a history of asthma should use this medicine cautiously and should consult a healthcare professional immediately if any unusual symptoms occur. This medication may cause various side effects including dizziness, gastrointestinal disturbances, abnormal liver enzyme levels, skin rashes, and others; consult medical personnel if these symptoms occur. For long-term use, regular blood tests and evaluations of liver and kidney function are necessary, and adjustments in dosage or discontinuation of the medication may be needed based on symptoms. It may interact with other drugs, so if you are taking anticoagulants, diuretics, antihypertensives, or antidiabetic medications, consultation with a physician is imperative. During pregnancy, especially in the later stages, it may harm the fetus, so it should be avoided, and if breastfeeding, consult an expert before use. Safety for children or adolescents has not been established, so use is not recommended. Elderly individuals are at a higher risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, so extra caution is necessary during use. In case of overdose, symptoms like gastric irritation, hypotension, respiratory depression, or seizures may occur, requiring immediate medical attention. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and not transferred to another container.
