It is also effective in alleviating symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain (such as lower back pain and shoulder stiffness), as well as beriberi and eye fatigue. This vitamin complex enhances overall vitality in the body and is used to improve health across various ages and situations.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once a day after meals.

Child dose

For children aged 8 years and older, take 1 tablet once a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (high calcium levels in the blood), sarcoidosis (an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease), or kidney disease. Additionally, individuals with hypersensitivity to this medication or its ingredients should avoid taking it. Infants under 3 months and patients with kidney stones should also refrain from using this medication. During the course of treatment, do not use this medication in conjunction with levodopa. Infants under 1 year of age, patients currently undergoing treatment by a physician, children who receive plenty of sunlight and have a normal diet, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, infants, and individuals with a history of kidney stones should consult a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, the vitamin D component can be secreted in breast milk and may cause hypercalcemia in newborns, so caution is needed. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loose stools, or oral inflammation occur during the course of taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Long-term use of pyridoxine in doses exceeding 500 mg to 2 g daily may cause sensory nerve abnormalities, so caution is required. Patients with folic acid deficiency taking more than 10 μg of vitamin B12 daily may exhibit hematological abnormalities. High-dose intake can exacerbate peptic ulcers, cause issues in glucose metabolism, elevate serum uric acid levels, or lead to liver damage. If overdose occurs, or if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for one month, consult a professional immediately. This medication must be taken as prescribed, and when administering to children, supervision and guidance from a guardian are needed. Also, this medication can change the urine color to yellow, which may affect some clinical test results. Store it in a tightly sealed container away from children's reach, avoiding direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Finally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is important not to transfer the medication to another container.
