Precautions

This medication should not be administered to certain patients. Patients who have allergies to this medication or any of its components or have previously experienced hypersensitivity reactions should not use it. Patients with peptic ulcers, serious heart diseases, liver disorders, or kidney disorders should also avoid this medication. Patients who have shown allergic reactions to certain anti-inflammatory pain relievers or aspirin in the past should exercise caution. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication due to the risk of miscarriage or premature birth from the herbal ingredients it contains. Additionally, patients with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should avoid this medication. This medication should be used cautiously in some patients. Patients with history of peptic ulcers, cardiovascular diseases, liver or kidney impairments, asthma, or those on psychotropic medications should use it carefully as safety and effectiveness have not been fully established. Patients with dyslipidemia or diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis should also take this medication with caution. Taking this medication may lead to gastrointestinal symptoms such as indigestion, heartburn, dry mouth, nausea, and diarrhea. Various adverse reactions including facial or general swelling, weakness, itching, decrease in blood cell count, headache, upper respiratory infections, and blurred vision have been reported. Rarely, serious adverse events such as gastric bleeding, fractures, liver abscesses, and pneumonia may also occur, so caution is required. While taking this medication, if the patient has a history of peptic ulcer disease, there may be exacerbation of heartburn or indigestion symptoms, necessitating caution. Patients with fluid retention or heart failure may experience worsening of edema, so they must be careful. Individuals who frequently consume alcohol may have an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and should exercise particular caution. Additionally, since there is no experience of concurrent use with corticosteroids, hyaluronic acid injections, or other anti-inflammatory pain relievers, consultation with a healthcare professional is recommended before combining medications. If any signs of abnormal cardiac, gastrointestinal, liver, or kidney function occur while on this medication, the patient should consult a doctor immediately, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are necessary. Serious allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis may occur, so one must be prepared for emergency situations. This medication cannot replace corticosteroid therapies, and the alleviation of pain may mask signs of infection, so prompt diagnosis is necessary if infection is suspected. If dizziness or drowsiness occurs while taking this medication, activities like driving or operating machinery should be avoided. Some of the herbal components in this medication may place a burden on the stomach, so patients with sensitive stomachs should consult a professional before use and stop immediately if adverse symptoms occur. Patients with lipid overload should periodically check blood lipid levels to adjust dosages accordingly. There is insufficient research on interactions with specific medications, so it is advisable to consult a professional when taking this medication with others. It is safest for women who are pregnant or nursing to avoid this medication, and it is recommended to discontinue breastfeeding while on this medication. Safety in newborns, children, and adolescents has not been established, so use is not recommended for these groups. Elderly patients may experience adverse reactions more easily, so careful observation and cautious administration are necessary. In case of overdose, immediate professional diagnosis and treatment should be sought at a hospital. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and should not be transferred to a different container.
