  • elevated triglyceride levels
View approved original text

This medicine helps effectively lower elevated triglyceride levels in patients with endogenous hypertriglyceridemia. Particularly, in patients with hypertriglyceridemia (Type IV), it reduces serum triglyceride concentrations when used alone. Additionally, for hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia (Type IIb), it enhances therapeutic effects when used in conjunction with statin drugs. Even in cases where control with statins alone is insufficient, it helps improve triglyceride levels when used in combination therapy. It is useful in regulating the lipid balance in patients with various forms of lipid dysregulation. Consequently, this medicine plays an important role in managing hyperlipidemia and promoting health.
