Precautions

This medicine should not be used in certain patients. For example, individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medicine or its ingredients, patients with orthostatic hypotension, patients with severe liver dysfunction, pregnant women, or women who may become pregnant should not take this medicine. In addition, patients with severe renal dysfunction, the elderly, and patients taking certain antihypertensive agents or other medications (such as PDE5 inhibitors, CYP3A4 inhibitors, alpha-1 blockers, etc.) should use this medicine with caution. Various side effects such as dizziness, blood pressure reduction, digestive discomfort, headaches, and decreased ejaculation may occur when taking this medicine, so caution is advised. In particular, there is a risk of sudden drops in blood pressure and fainting, so be careful during position changes. This medicine provides symptomatic relief rather than a cure, so if ineffective, other treatment options should be considered.
