How to take

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia due to an excess of calcium in the blood or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, or those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals with allergies to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months, kidney stone patients, and those with severe renal failure should avoid taking this medication. During the use of this drug, it is necessary to avoid simultaneous use with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and medications like levodopa. Those taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E intake. Long-term high-dose intake may lead to tolerance, and prolonged intake of high-dose pyridoxine may cause nerve damage. Individuals who are deficient in folic acid may experience blood-related abnormalities if they take high doses of vitamin B12.
