Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with bleeding. It may increase the risk of bleeding in those with bleeding disorders, such as hemophilia or gastrointestinal ulcers. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication, as negative effects on the fetus have been reported in animal experiments. This medication contains lactose and should not be administered to patients with lactose intolerance or specific metabolic disorders. Women menstruating or patients with a tendency toward bleeding, as well as those taking anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors, should use this medication with caution. The risk of bleeding may increase. Patients with severely impaired renal function and the elderly should also be cautious when using this medication. The excretion of the drug may be difficult, and the risk of side effects may increase. During treatment with this medication, patients should carefully monitor for symptoms of bleeding, liver dysfunction, or blood abnormalities. If any unusual symptoms occur, they should consult medical personnel immediately. Side effects such as vomiting, indigestion, skin rash, headache, dizziness, and respiratory distress may occur, so caution is warranted if these symptoms appear. Regular blood tests to check bodily conditions are recommended. The risk of bleeding may increase when taken with anticoagulants or platelet aggregation inhibitors, so consultation with a physician is necessary when used in combination. It is advisable for pregnant or nursing women to avoid this medication; if it must be taken, it is recommended to stop breastfeeding. Safety in children has not yet been established, so using this medication in pediatric patients is not recommended as a principle. Elderly patients may have elevated drug concentrations due to decreased renal and liver function, so starting with a lower dose and closely monitoring their condition is necessary. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and should not be transferred to other containers for safety.
