This medication is used to alleviate muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. It also contains vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, which help relieve physical fatigue during pregnancy and breastfeeding, to regain strength during or after illness, and to provide vitamins for the elderly. Vitamin E is effective in relieving shoulder or neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness caused by peripheral vascular disorders and menopausal symptoms. Vitamin B1 is used to relieve neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 improve symptoms like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Therefore, this drug is used to treat muscle cramps and various vitamin deficiency symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

1 tablet twice a day or 2 tablets once a day

Children's dosage

Children aged 12 years and older: 1 tablet twice a day, or 2 tablets once a day

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its components. Babies under 12 months old or patients with severe renal failure should also avoid taking this medication. It is advisable not to take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications like levodopa while using this drug. Women receiving medical treatment, those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding individuals, premature or infant children, patients with heart or circulatory issues, those with renal function abnormalities, and individuals with hypoproteinemia should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Additionally, this drug contains caramel, so individuals with caramel allergies or hypersensitivity should be careful when taking it. If any unusual symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, heart palpitations, or decreased central nervous system function occur while taking this medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If menstrual cycles become frequent or bleeding persists for a long time, professionals should be consulted as well. Taking vitamin E while on oral contraceptives containing estrogen or by patients at risk of thrombosis may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose intake of vitamin B6 can cause neuropathy; similarly, high doses of vitamin B12 may lead to hematological abnormalities, so caution is necessary. Excessive intake of this medication can lead to peptic ulcers, blood sugar control issues, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and may present symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so care is needed. There is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with antialdosterone agents or triamterene, so caution is warranted when taken together. If you have taken too much or if symptoms do not improve after a month of taking the medication, you must consult a professional. This drug should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and urine may turn yellow during usage, which could affect clinical test results. It’s advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, like green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medication. Lastly, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Also, to maintain quality, do not transfer it to another container to prevent misuse.
