This medication should not be administered to certain patients. Firstly, patients who have previously shown allergic reactions to this medicine or any of its components should not use it. Patients with symptoms of orthostatic hypotension may experience worsening of their symptoms when taking this medication and should avoid it. Patients with severely impaired liver function are also advised against taking this medication due to the risk of increased blood concentration. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medicine. The following cases require cautious use of this medication: Patients with severely impaired kidney function, the elderly, and those taking certain antihypertensives, alpha-1 blockers, PDE5 inhibitors, or CYP3A4 inhibitors should consult their doctor before carefully taking this medication. Particularly, if taken with alpha-1 blockers, orthostatic hypotension may occur, so it should only be cautiously administered when necessary. Additionally, patients with a history of urinary syncope should exercise caution when using this medication. This medicine may cause various side effects such as abdominal discomfort, dizziness, diarrhea, and headaches. Rarely, severe adverse reactions such as rash, itching, severe hypotension, and prolonged erection can occur, so immediate consultation with a doctor is necessary if symptoms appear. Blood pressure may drop suddenly during use, so movement should be slow, especially when standing up, and activities like working at heights or driving should be avoided if dizziness occurs. In case of overdose, blood pressure reduction may be exacerbated, so the prescribed dosage must be strictly adhered to. This medication should not be chewed or opened, and it is safe to take with water. It should be kept out of reach of children and not be transferred to other containers. Also, this medication is not recommended for use in pregnant women or children under the age of 18. In the elderly with severely impaired kidney function, safety has not been sufficiently established, so caution is needed. Finally, this medicine may interact with other drugs, so if other medications like antihypertensives, PDE5 inhibitors, or CYP3A4 inhibitors are being taken, it's essential to inform healthcare personnel.
