This medication should not be administered to certain patients. For example, those who have had allergic reactions to this drug or its components, patients suffering from orthostatic hypotension, patients with severe liver dysfunction, and women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not use it. Additionally, it should be administered with caution to patients with severely impaired kidney function, the elderly, and those taking certain antihypertensives or other medications. In particular, there may be a risk of increased blood pressure reduction if taken with alpha-1 blockers or PDE5 inhibitors. While taking this medication, symptoms such as dizziness, headache, dyspepsia, and abdominal discomfort may occur, and rarely, skin rash, itching, or severe allergic reactions may also happen. If any of these symptoms occur, it is essential to consult a doctor immediately. To avoid overdose, particularly be cautious about moving quickly when standing up, as a drop in blood pressure can occur. Additionally, this drug is designed to alleviate symptoms and does not treat the underlying cause, so if symptoms do not improve, consider other treatment options. Be careful when driving or operating machinery, as dizziness may result in accidents.
