Precautions

This medication should not be used in certain patients. For example, individuals allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients, patients with postural hypotension, severe liver impairment, and pregnant or potentially pregnant women should not take this medication. In addition, patients with severely impaired kidney function, the elderly, and those taking specific other medications should use this medication cautiously. Particularly, if taking blood pressure-lowering medications, PDE5 inhibitors, CYP3A4 inhibitors, or alpha1 blockers, a consultation with a physician is necessary. This medication may cause various side effects such as dizziness, headache, dyspepsia, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort. Caution is needed when changing positions as blood pressure may drop rapidly, and if unexpected symptoms occur, medical consultation should be sought immediately. This medication is not for use in pregnant women or children under 18 years old, and for elderly patients, dosage adjustment may be required based on kidney function. When taking this medication, do not chew or open the capsule, and follow the prescribed method strictly. Also, keep it out of reach of children, and avoid transferring to another container. This medication may interact with other drugs, so it is crucial to inform medical personnel if currently taking other medications, especially blood pressure medications, certain antibiotics, antifungals, antidepressants, etc. This medication helps relieve symptoms of prostate enlargement but is not a cure. If symptoms do not improve, other treatment options should be considered. Finally, during the use of this medication, serious side effects such as persistent erection may occur, and if such symptoms arise, inform medical personnel immediately.
