Additionally, care should be taken due to potential cross-reactivity if there has been hypersensitivity to certain medications. Women who are more than six months pregnant should avoid use as it may affect the fetus. This medication should also not be used by children under 15 years of age. Before using this medication, patients with bronchial asthma or those currently under medical treatment should consult a professional, as should pregnant or nursing women. If any allergic reactions occur while using, such as hives, difficulty breathing, or facial swelling, use should be stopped immediately, and a professional should be consulted. If initial symptoms of an asthma attack occur, such as wheezing or difficulty breathing, use should be stopped immediately. If redness, rash, itching, blisters, swelling, or severe skin reactions due to UV exposure occur, use should be discontinued. During use or for two weeks after, protect the skin from UV exposure by using clothing, hats, or sunscreen. This medication helps alleviate symptoms but is not a treatment for the underlying cause. In cases of skin infections, it should be used alongside antibiotics or antifungals, and the condition should be closely monitored. When used for chronic conditions, consider other treatment options in addition to medication therapy and be alert for adverse reactions. It should not be used on the eyes or mucous membranes, and caution is advised if used on areas with wounds, eczema, or rashes, as irritation may occur.
