This medication is used for the treatment of ulcers in the stomach and duodenum, anastomotic ulcer, and upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcers or acute stress ulcers. It also helps to relieve bleeding caused by hemorrhagic gastritis and alleviate the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease. It manages excessive gastric acid secretion associated with Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, reducing symptoms. During acute exacerbations of acute gastritis or chronic gastritis, it plays a role in improving lesions such as erosion, bleeding, redness, and swelling of the gastric mucosa, thereby restoring gastric health. Overall, it is effectively used to improve ulcerative and inflammatory conditions in the stomach and upper gastrointestinal tract.
