For hemostasis in gastric and duodenal ulcers and improvement of associated symptoms and improvement of symptoms related to gastroesophageal reflux disease, usually 1-3g (approximately 20-60mL of this medication) is administered orally 3-4 times a day on an empty stomach. If oral administration is not possible, it is administered via a nasogastric tube. For hemostasis during gastric biopsy bleeding, usually 0.5-1.5g (approximately 10-30mL of this medication) is given.

This medication is used to stop bleeding caused by gastric and duodenal ulcers as well as erosive gastritis and to improve the associated symptoms. It also alleviates uncomfortable symptoms from gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is effective in controlling bleeding that may occur during gastric biopsy. Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For hemostasis in gastric and duodenal ulcers and improvement of associated symptoms and improvement of symptoms related to gastroesophageal reflux disease, usually 1-3g (approximately 20-60mL of this medication) is administered orally 3-4 times a day on an empty stomach. If oral administration is not possible, it is administered via a nasogastric tube. For hemostasis during gastric biopsy bleeding, usually 0.5-1.5g (approximately 10-30mL of this medication) is given.
