How to take

Adult dose

This medication should be taken once daily, with one tablet taken with water, irrespective of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., morning) if possible. The maximum dosage is amlodipine/olmesartan medoxomil/hydrochlorothiazide of 10/40/25 mg. Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, so it should be discontinued immediately if pregnancy is confirmed. In case of overdose, symptoms such as hypotension and palpitations may occur, and appropriate treatment should be sought immediately.
