This medication is used for relieving nasal congestion symptoms caused by sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, cold (acute rhinitis), etc.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults and children aged 10 years and above: Spray 2 to 3 drops into each nostril once every 12 hours for 1 to 2 times.

Children's dosage

Children aged 6 to under 10 years: Spray 2 to 3 drops into each nostril every 12 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who have allergies to specific components or have experienced hypersensitivity. It is prohibited for children under 6 years of age. Patients with dry rhinitis or glaucoma, especially those with angle-closure glaucoma, should not use this medication. Patients taking medications that may raise blood pressure, those with benign prostatic hyperplasia having difficulty urinating, patients who have undergone pituitary surgery, and those with acute coronary disease or cardiac asthma should also avoid this medication. During the use of this product, it should not be taken concurrently with certain antidepressants or drugs that may increase blood pressure. Breastfeeding women should discontinue use as this medication may affect the infant’s cardiovascular system. Patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, metabolic diseases such as diabetes, patients with pheochromocytoma, pregnant women, or those who may become pregnant should consult healthcare professionals before use. If symptoms such as nasal irritation, palpitations, headache, insomnia, nausea, skin rash, or visual disturbances occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare provider. In case of overdose, severe neurological and cardiovascular symptoms may appear, requiring prompt emergency treatment. This medication contains benzalkonium chloride, which may cause bronchospasm, nasal irritation, or mucosal swelling, so prolonged use should be avoided. Keep out of reach of children and store in the original container to maintain the quality of the medication.

Storage
