Precautions

During use of this medication, do not use suppositories or ointments containing dl-Methylphenidate Hydrochloride, Scopolamine, or Glycyrrhizin, as well as creams. It is also advisable not to take blood pressure-lowering medications or antidepressants concurrently. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant must consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Patients currently receiving other treatments should also consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. If redness, swelling, or irritation in the anal area occurs while using this medication, stop using it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, if allergic symptoms such as rash or itching occur, promptly cease use and inform a doctor. Severe allergic reactions can lead to life-threatening anaphylactic shock, requiring caution. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days of use, stop taking the medication and visit a hospital. If bleeding occurs, also stop using this medication and consult a healthcare professional. This medication must be used strictly according to the prescribed dosage and direction and should not be used in children. If the suppository becomes too soft, cool it briefly to harden, and if it becomes too hard, soften it before use. This medication should be used only rectally and should not be taken orally.
