The vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, and C included in this medication help relieve physical fatigue and improve the decrease in stamina during pregnancy, lactation, or during and after illness. It is also used for nutritional supplementation in old age. The B vitamins relieve beriberi and eye fatigue, and are effective for relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. It is helpful for inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis) and oral inflammation (stomatitis, glossitis) and skin disorders (eczema, dermatitis). The zinc component also contributes to maintaining overall health through body supply. Therefore, this medication is used for fatigue recovery and improving various inflammation and pain symptoms.
Take 1 tablet once daily.
For children aged 8 and older, take 1 tablet once daily.
This medication should not be taken by those who have had allergic reactions to this medication or any of its ingredients. Infants under 12 months should not take this medication. Individuals with severe kidney dysfunction should also avoid this medication. Since this medication contains lactose, those with a genetic disorder that prevents them from digesting lactose should avoid taking it. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take medications such as phosphate salts, calcium salts, certain antibiotics (tetracycline), and antacids together. This medication should also not be taken with Levodopa. Consultation with a healthcare professional is essential before taking this medication for those receiving medical treatment or those with certain kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular issues, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, and children. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, skin rash, irregular heartbeats, or neurological dysfunction occur during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if there are changes in menstruation or prolonged bleeding, consult a doctor immediately. Those taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with the use of this medication. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and when taken with certain vitamins, abnormalities in nerves or blood may occur. High-dose use may also cause gastric ulcers, blood sugar regulation disorders, liver damage, edema, and heart problems, thus caution is required. When taken with certain diuretics, blood potassium levels may increase, hence caution should be exercised. Overdose or failure to show improvement in symptoms after one month requires consultation with a professional. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it should be administered to children under the supervision of a guardian. This medication may affect urine test results and change urine color, so it should be noted. It is advisable to avoid consuming tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before, during, and after usage. When storing, keep this medication in a tightly closed container, out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a dry and cool place. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medicine.
