Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
The recommended initial dose is 1 tablet, with a minimum interval of at least 12 hours between doses, not to exceed 4 tablets per day. Avoid unnecessary prolonged use, and if long-term use is required, regular monitoring should be conducted. Older adults should be given the usual adult dosage, but patients over 75 years of age should have a minimum interval of at least 12 hours between doses.
This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who drink heavily every day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If skin rash or allergic reactions occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. The ingredients in this medication can trigger seizures, so caution is necessary if there is a history of seizures or if you are taking related medications. Severe asthma patients may experience difficulty breathing while taking this medication, and should be monitored in a hospital setting during use. Taking this medication with alcohol or other central nervous system depressants can cause severe drowsiness or respiratory depression, so caution is warranted. Patients with head injuries or brain diseases may be at risk of consciousness impairment while taking this medication, so they should be careful. This medication can cause physical and mental dependence, so strict adherence to a doctor’s instructions is necessary for long-term use. Patients with poor liver function should consult a doctor before using this medication and should take care not to exceed the recommended dosage. Children, especially those under 12 years of age or those who have had certain surgeries, should not use this medication as it may cause life-threatening respiratory depression. Drowsiness or dizziness may occur during use, so caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. In the case of overdose, severe respiratory depression or liver damage may occur, so adherence to the prescribed dosage is crucial, and immediate emergency action should be taken in case of abnormal symptoms. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking this medication, especially during breastfeeding as it may affect the baby.
